You can register on-line or by faxing the completed pdf registration form.

You can make your payment by cheque or credit card (only Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted). Each assembly participant must complete a Registration Form and forward it with payment in Canadian funds made payable to the Receiver General for
Canada (COSPAR 2008) at:

* Student is defined as a full-time student at a recognized institution.  Student certification (copy of 2007-2008 student card) must accompany registration form.

Entitlements

Registered regular participants and students are entitled to attend the 50th Celebration, the Opening Ceremony, the Welcoming Reception, all scientific sessions, the exhibits and to receive a copy of the Program and CD of Abstracts.

Official Receipts

A confirmation of registration will be sent electronically once your registration has been processed. This confirmation must be presented at the registration desk in order to receive the registration package.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participants may withdraw their registration in writing prior to July 1, 2008. All refunds are subject to a $150 CAD administration fee.

Name Badges

All Assembly registrants are required to wear their name badge in order to gain entry to the scientific commission activities and to the exhibition.

 

Meals and Refreshments

Light breakfasts consisting of an assortment of muffins, croissants, and coffee can be purchased from the snack bar at the Viger entrance at the Palais des congrès. From Monday to Saturday, lunch can be purchased in Exhibition/Poster Hall and in the restaurant on Level 7.
